TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Remarks and Terms and conditions:

• Waiting Charge : Airport Pickup 1hr Waiting Period will be provided Free of Charge additional Hours are charged at AED 75.00 / Hr.
• Our booking system is linked with flight tracking system, we keep a track of the flight status for all arrivals.
• Non- Airports Pickup First 15 Minutes are considered Free waiting and any subsequent waiting time are counted in hourly and charged AED 50.00 / Hr.
• Car Parking: Any trip related Car Parking Fee After 1Hr will be charged separately and will be added to the service charge bills.
• For Chauffeur Service – Hourly (Minimum 3 Hrs), Full day (10 Hrs) and Half day (5 Hrs) – excess hours will be charged as per booking.
• Smoking and Consumption of Alcoholic drinks are strictly not permitted in our vehicles.
• No Show and Last Minutes Cancellation will be charged 100%.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of Booking Shall be notified in advance at least 3 Hr before if not the normal Service charge will be applied.
